Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

A: Yes, we are a manufacturer specializing in portable interactive whiteboard for more than 10 years in Dongguan city, China, but at the same time we also have our own trading company.

Q: How long is your product warranty?

A: We provide 3 years warranty for interactive sensor, 1 year warranty for finger touch laser transmitter, 1 year warranty for lR pen, and update software for free.

Q: Can you provide OEM&ODM service?

A: Yes, we can provide OEM and ODM services in both software and packaging, print your company's LOG0 on the product, etc.

Q: What is the product quality?

A: All of our products have passed the certifications of ISO9001 system and CE/FC/RoHS. All of our products are strictly tested by Qcinspection in production after production and before delivery.
